Insurance
If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime maximum orthodontic benefit that is separate from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will be glad to review your insurance to determine your orthodontic benefits.
We are a preferred provider for United Concordia. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire. Once treatment has started, we will be glad to file your claims as a courtesy to you.
